My Experience Using the Phallosan Forte
One of the first things that I noticed when I got this penis extender was the quality. It looks and feels much more durable than other penis extenders and given the price tag, this extra durability definitely comes in handy. My Phallosan Forte Routine
1st Week: Day 1- 1 hour, Day 2- 1 hr X 2 session Day 3- 1.5 hrs X 2 session, Day 4/5/6- 2 hours X 2 sessions.
In the first week, wear it for one hour at a time until you complete a total of 4 hours in the day total. You should be on low tension setting with the belt. In the first week, you just aim to let your body get used to the extender. You can take one day off as a rest day.
2nd Week: Repeat the same routine as the first week with a twist! The difference is that you increase the tension of the belt to the point at which you can feel the stretch. As the same with the first week, you can wear it for six days and take one day off as a rest day.
3rd Week: By now, you must have gotten used to the stretch/tension of the Phallosan belt. You must be comfortable in wearing the protector cap, taping glans, adjusting sleeve sizes on the bell, and wearing different variations of wearing the tension belt by now. If so, you can increase the duration to 3 hours X2 sessions ie 6 hours per day. As in the previous week, you can wear it 6 days a week and take 1 day off.
4th Week: By this week, you should try to wear the device for 4 hours x 2 times i.e 8 hours per day. You should keep 6 days on and 1 day off routine.
Week 5 and onwards: Try to wear it for around 10 hours per day. You can maintain the 6 days per week schedule. You must keep the tension to the point where you really feel the stretch but not to the point that it becomes painful. This is a very important point to remember to get good results. I have noticed many users wear it for months without any result due to low tension. Also, many users injure themselves by giving too much tension too fast. I would suggest keeping this schedule going for 6 months to get noticeable results.

I read somewhere that you tend to get better results when you combine Phallosan Forte and Phallosan Plus together. I started using it last November I think on the 16th. I found the Phallosan Forte to be very comfortable so much so that I could wear it to work every day and usually surpass the 12-hour target unknowingly. Before using the product, I was at 5.5” and happy to announce that I now measure 6.25”. When I get to 7”, I’ll then decide whether to stop or just go on a maintenance level. The length of time I wore it ranges between 5-6 hours before learning that I should wear it for 10 hours every day. This is to help me maximize my result. After buying the Phallosan Forte Plus, I made sure I wore it for long hours and sometimes up to 12 hours per day. I am eager to give my report that it works big time! I started with the rod with the short extension before moving on to the 2 long ones and that was when my result skyrocketed. My initial plan before getting the Phallosan Forte was to use it as a researcher, I wanted to find out if the research carried out and reported by some medical scientists concerning this product was true. So, I would get good suction at first and then later lose it when I’m sitting or bending over. I tried securing it with a rubber band and other things I tried but none of those seemed to be working. What I did that finally worked was that I cut off the tip of one of the extra protector caps and placed it over my shaft. That way, it served like a sleeve. I then proceed to put on the other parts like I normally do. That extra layer that I cut off served as a thick and even surface so that the condom has something to pressurize against. With that, I could hold the same vacuum I started with for over 10 hours no matter how I move or sit. If you are having the same issue, you could try my method and see if it works. Oh, before I forget, I also replaced the original foam band that the product came with. I made use of a special setup that I constructed myself. Initially, when I was using the main foam band, I used to get a lot of burning sensation, but since I replaced it with my own thing, I never had that issue again. What I’m trying to say in essence is that you should not be afraid to try it with something else if it’s not working out with the original parts.
